Wedding season is about to slow down, and by slow down I mean I go back to 1 wedding a weekend, still beautifying babes!
I'm always reminding myself of this, but sure thing! once again I found myself assuming that everyone should know this... but in reality, this is the first time my Brides are BRIDES! So here's a list of things you'll want to know :)
IF YOU WANT THIS REACTION, KEEP ON READING
Don't put writing your vows or a love note until the day of the wedding! So much pressure, you won't enjoy your morning!
Don't steam last minute! You or your bridesmaids should steam your dresses and veil, the night before. Steaming the day of will melt your makeup and your hair go flat... Who wants that?
Don't open that bottle of champagne so early, trust me!
Don't wear a bra the morning of! Bras leave marks on your back and shoulders that are visible in pictures.
Don't pick that zit! I'm with you wanting to squeeze that bad boy, but trust me you can't cover open skin.
DO THE DO'S
Do let your friends take on a few tasks... it is time to let go! Yes, you are allowed to give them one task with million notes but after that... girl! Let go!!!
Do give yourself a pamper session! Breath in and out! Take a long hot shower, put on a mask, eat breakfast, take a nap!
Do pack all the things you need in advance and hand it to someone to bring it. One less thing for you to worry about!
Do let people do things for you! It will be a while before the next time you get this much attention.
Do assign extra time for everything! Putting on a dress can take 5 minutes, but with pictures, it might take 20! Getting everyone set for a picture means having all dress ready, and champagne on hand for fixing the makeup when they didn't get it done by me ;)
I'm sure I will come up with more, but for now... I hope this helps you to enjoy every minute with your loved ones!
Just look at Erika! Everything went so smoothly on her day and her smile says everything ❤️
