Love your work! How do I book you?

To secure your wedding day you will need to sign your contract and send your retainer.

If I inquire about my wedding will you hold my date?

The only way your date will be secure is when you sign your contract and you send your retainer.

How far in advance do I need to book you for my wedding?

As soon as possible! Some dates tend to book a year in advance.

Not sure what I'm doing, can we get on the phone?

I understand that there are so many options and it can be overwhelming, let's set up a date and time! Due to the high volume of inquiries, phone calls are not made to clients unless arranged prior.

What do you mean by minimum?

Our Minimum is-

Bride's services and 3 additional services for your Bridal Party, Family members, or Friends.

When can I expect a reply?

Our admin hours are- Tuesday - Thursday 9 am to 2 pm. We tend to check emails in between however Fridays through Sundays are exclusive to focus on weddings. And Mondays is our day off.

I contacted you a few weeks/months ago and now you are no longer available

Unfortunately, this has happened a few times.. and sadly, if you don't fill out the contract, accept your quote and sign contract I can't save your date.

Will you communicate with my planner?

Yes, only for details such as a timeline and confirming details. However I prefer to keep communication with you, the more I get to know you I will be able to be there for you. If you want to schedule, get on the phone, make changes please email me directly.

Do you have any other weddings/ appointments on my wedding day?

No, when booking me you will get my availability on your wedding day. I understand that your timeline will not be ready until 2 weeks- a month before your day, and even sometimes changes happen the night before! I am here to work with you and your wedding vendors.

Would you come to my wedding venue/ hotel?

Definitely! My services are on location I will come to your home, office, hotel, cabin or yurt!

Is a trial necessary?

Trials are always recommended! However, if you prefer or don't have the time to have one we will just need to go over all your details to make sure we get the right look on your wedding day.

What kind of products do you use?

I carry professional lines and lots of fancy products... why? because they work and are worth every penny!

Do you offer touch-ups after the wedding? Do you stay for the wedding?

Yes, for an additional fee and based upon my availability.
